Though RED is not the most popular color in most neighborhoods today, it has a warm feeling and most people say they like it or "kind-a-like-it". We saw this color in several advertisements in popular home magazines and "went for it". Unfortunately, the home has not sold. Ofcourse we can't be sure if this is due to the current housing market or the color.
Either way, paint is about to be applied in preparation for the 2010 Spring New Home Tour. The HBA of Raleigh-Wake County is excited to present the second annual Spring New Home Tour. The tour will run for two weekends: March 20-21, and March 27-28, 2010. Homes will be open from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.
